7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to feel confident choosing WayLucid for your business. That's why every paid subscription — Starter, Growth, and Pro — comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase.
If you're not satisfied with WayLucid within the first 7 days of your subscription, contact us and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
Eligibility
New subscriptions: The 7-day refund window begins on the date of your first payment. If you request a refund within this period, you will receive a full refund of your initial subscription charge.
Plan upgrades: If you upgrade your plan, a new 7-day refund window applies to the prorated upgrade charge only. Your original subscription charge is not eligible for a refund if the original 7-day window has passed.
Renewals: Subscription renewals (monthly recurring charges after the first month) are not eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 7-day window, please contact our support team through one of the following methods:
- Email: Send a refund request to [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your request.
- In-app: Use the Feedback button in the bottom-right corner of the application to submit a refund request.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your organization dashboard under the Subscription tab. Upon cancellation:
- Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
- Your business data, campaigns, and analytics history will be retained for 90 days after cancellation. After that period, data may be permanently deleted.
Exceptions
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription charges beyond the initial 7-day window (including automatic renewals).
- Accounts that have been terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Partial-month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations (your access continues until the end of the billing period).
